THE PITCHING IN ISTHMIAN PREMIER DIVISION SIGNINGS SO FAR


The Pitching In Isthmian League Premier Division clubs have been very busy over the past few weeks making some impressive signings in preparation for the 23/24 season which looks to be a very competitive one. Here is a round up of the signings made so far. 

BILLERICAY TOWN 
ASHLEY NZALA - STRIKER 
Nzala, 26, joins from Chatham Town where he scored 14 goals in 44 league and cup games for the Premier Division play-off finalists last season. He joined The Chats in March 2023 from Dulwich Hamlet where he had been since October 2022. Whilst at Champion Hill he went on loan with Canvey Island and Margate. He has also played for Welling United, Brentwood Town, Great Wakering Rovers, Cheshunt, Southall, Hayes and Yeading and Burgess Hill Town. 

SAM DONKIN - GOALKEEPER 
Donkin joins from Southern League Premier Central side Leiston. He counts Corby Town, St Albans City, Stamford, Whitehawk, Biggleswade Town before his five season spell with the Suffolk side. 

BEN STEWARD - DEFENDER 
Steward started his career with Bowers & Pitsea before playing for Aveley and East Thurrock United. He joined Concord Rangers in March 2023 where he stayed until the end of last season. 

DECCAREY SHERIFF - STRIKER 
Scored 7 goals in 42 Vanarama South games for Eastbourne Borough last season. The 26 year old started his career with Colchester United where he had loans spells with Dulwich Hamlet, Needham Market and Maldon & Tiptree. He signed for Concord Rangers for the 19/20 season scoring 9 goals in 26 games. He then moved to Kettering Town in 2020 and during a three season spell he notched 13 goals in 83 games. 

TYRELL MILLER-RODNEY - MIDFIELDER 
Miller-Rodney, 30, spent last season with Vanarama South side Dartford who were relegated to the Isthmian Premier. He started his career at Brentford before going to play for Hayes & Yeading, Canvey Island, Staines Town, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Havant & Waterlooville. Whilst at Hampton he was made Captain by Blue's boss Gary McCann. 

TEMI BABALOLA - STRIKER 
Babalola had a decent season for Potters Bar Town scoring 11 goals in 31 appearances. He is a 6' 4" big strong striker who is always a handful for defenders. At just 23 years of age he can count a large number of former clubs - Woodford Town, Romford, Brentwood Town, Concord Rangers, Hampton & Richmond Borough (under Blue's boss McCann), Cheshunt, Aveley and Haringey Borough. 

ALFIE CUTBUSH - MIDFIELDER 
Cutbush was recently released by Ipswich Town where he been for 14 years. Now 21 he joined the Suffolk side as a 7 year old and signed his first professional contract in 2021 but spent over a year on the sidelines with a serious ACL tear. He had loan spells with Bury Town, Stowmarket Town and Concord Rangers as well as playing in for the under 21 side at Portman Road.  

ANSU JANNEH - MIDFIELDER 
Janneh, 25, made 18 appearances for Hastings United in the Isthmian Premier Division last season on loan from Tonbridge Angels. He started his career with Walton Casuals and Wingate & Finchley before a move upwards to Dagenham & Redbridge. He has also played for Braintree Town and Havant & Waterlooville. 

BOGNOR REGIS TOWN 
DOUG TUCK - MIDFIELDER 
A fan's favourite returns to Nyewood Lane as Tuck who spent nine year with The Rocks prior to his move to Horsham in 2020. He came through the academy system at Brighton & HA.

TOMMY BLOCK - RIGHT BACK 
Another player to depart from Dartford after their relegation last season. He is another player to return to Nyewood Lane having played for The Rocks from 2017 to 2019 prior to a move to Scottish Premiership side Hibernian. He was with Hibs from January 2019 to September 2020 and spent time on loan with Queens Park. He then moved back South and has played for Woking and Hampton & Richmond Borough prior to his spell with The Darts. He has also played for Chichester City, Pagham and the youth teams of Havant & Waterlooville, Woking and Brighton & HA. 

BOWERS & PITSEA 
JOE HALSEY - FULL BACK 
Spent last season with Concord Rangers and also counts Corinthian-Casuals and Chesham United as former clubs. He played in the Luton Town academy as a youngster. 

KIERAN JONES - MIDFIELDER 
Jones joins from North Division side Heybridge Swifts where he had played since the summer of 2022. He has also played for Barking and Grays Athletic.  

CANVEY ISLAND 
BOBBY MASON - GOALKEEPER 
Mason returns to The Gulls after a season playing with Sittingbourne in the Isthmian South-East Division whom he helped to the play-offs. He made over 100 appearances for the goals over a three season spell previously. The 34 year old has also played for Waltham Abbey, Bishops Stortford and Great Wakering Rovers. 

KANE GILBERT - MIDFIELDER 
Another player returning to the club - He joins from Halstead Town where he had an amazing 23/24 season scoring 33 goals in 42 league and cup games. He made 44 appearances for The Gulls in the 18/19 season and has also represented Brightlingsea Regent. 

FINLAY DORRELL - FORWARD 
Dorrell, 17, is a left sided attacked who has played in the academy sides for Barking before breaking into the Romford FC first team last season. A really exciting prospect who netted 20 goals in 39 games for The Boro last season and played at Wembley in their Isuzu FA Vase triumph over Great Wakering Rovers. 

CARSHALTON ATHLETIC 
TOM JACKSON - MIDFIELDER 
Jackson joins The Robins from Southern Premier Division South side Bracknell Town. He has also played for Hendon, Corinthian-Casuals, Hanwell Town and Guernsey after coming through the academy ranks at AFC Wimbledon.  

FABIO SARAIVA - MIDFIELDER 
Spent last season with Leatherhead. The 30 year old has also played for Merstham, Maidstone United, Woking, Kingstonian and Chatham Town. 

CHATHAM TOWN 
LUKE ROBINSON - WINGER 
Robinson, 25, has 13 full International caps for Bermuda. He spent most of last season with Whitehawk but has most recently been playing in Gibraltar for Glacis United. He played in the Brighton & HA academy and has since played for Peacehaven & Telscombe, Lewes, Bognor Regis Town, Haywards Heath Town, Staines Town, Horsham and Worthing. 

KOFI ANOKYE-BOADI - FORWARD 
Anokye-Boadi grew up in Peckham, South London and played with Reiss Nelson and Jadon Sancho at the London Youth Games. He was in the Barnet academy but was relased by The Bees in 2018. He has most recently played for Chipstead and Northwood. 

TOBY STEVENSON - DEFENDER 
24 year old defender joins from Kent rival's Margate whom he joined in February from Braintree Town where he had been for the first part of the 23/24 campaign. He spent the 22/23 season with Billericay Town and has also played for Bromley. He has been a full time professional with Leyton Orient, Charlton Athletic and Watford. Whilst with Charlton he made 3 League One appearances in the 18/19 season. 

BAILEY AKEHURST - LEFT BACK 
Akehurst, 20, joins from Dover Athletic where he made 16 National South appearances last season. He came through the ranks at Gillingham and was a full time professional from 2021 to 2023 where he made 5 League One appearances. He spent time on loan with Cheshunt, Cray Wanderers, Hastings United and Tonbridge Angels before moving permanently to Hastings United in 2023. He also had a short spell with Erith & Belvedere in 2023. 

CHARLIE NAYLOR - DEFENDER 
Played 42 National South games for Dover Athletic last season. The 23 year old has also played in America for Wesleyan. 

CHARLIE HARRIS - MIDFIELDER 
A product of the Brighton & HA academy who spent last season with Whitehawk and Horsham. After league The Seagulls where he had a loan spell with Aldershot Town he had a very short spell with Barnsley before playing for Leatherhead, East Grinstead Town, Eastbourne Borough before joining Horsham. 

BRADLEY SACH - FORWARD 
Sach, 23, joins from fellow Isthmian Premier Division side Canvey Island where 39 goals over the past two seasons. Counts Boreham Wood, Aveley, Potters Bar Town and Bowers & Pitsea as former clubs. 

STUART O'KEEFE - MIDFIELDER 
O'Keefe is a really impressive signing for The Chats. The 33 year old will be playing at Step Three of the non-league ladder for the first time in his career. He came through the youth set-ups of Ipswich Town and Southend United before being a full time professional at Roots Hall. He went on to play for Crystal Palace, Blackpool, Cardiff City, MK Dons, Portsmouth, Plymouth Argyle, Gillingham in the football league before spending last season in the National League with Aldershot Town. In total he had 250 appearances in the football league. 

CHESHUNT 
DERNELL WYNTER - STRIKER 
Wynter joins after spending the 23/24 season with Step Four Welwyn Garden City where he netted 20 goals. He is well known to local non-league fans having played for St Albans City, Chesham United, Potters Bar Town, Ware, Harrow Borough and Wingate & Finchley. He came through the youth ranks at Enfield Town where he also played in the first team. 

THEO OSINFOLARIN - DEFENDER/MIDFIELDER 
Returns to Theobalds Lane where he spent the 20/21 season. He was with Herne Bay last season. A verstile player who can play at full back, winger or in midfield he has also played for Brightlingsea Regent, Harlow Town, Welling United, Greenwich Borough and Ashford United. 

TAYLOR CURRAN - DEFENDER 
Curran, 23, who came through the ranks at Southend United has recently been playing in the UAE but returns to the UK to play for The Ambers for the 24/25 season. He left Roots Hall without making a first team appearance but did play in the football league with Swindon Town from 2019 to 2021 where he 10 League One and 3 League Two games. Has also played for Braintree Town, Haringey Borough and Welling United. 

KAI BROWN - STRIKER 
A former Ipswich Town youth player who started last season with Basildon United at Step Four but moved up to Step Two Aveley in October and then spent time on loan with Canvey Island. Whilst with The Tractor Boys he spent time on loan with Dagenham & Redbridge but was released in 2021 and went on to play for Welling United, Grays Athletic, Hastings United, Whitehawk and Burgess Hill Town. Now 23 years of age he scored 13 goals for Basildon United in 13 games last season. 

SAM GRANVILLE - MIDFIELDER 
Joins on a permanent basis from National League side Barnet. He spent last season on loan at Theobalds Lane and has also had loan spells with Bedford Town and Beaconsfield Town. 

JACK THOMAS - MIDFIELDER 
Thomas, 26, has joined from Bishops Stortford where he has spent the last six seasons playing over 200 games 

TOM UNSWORTH - FULL BACK 
Spent last season with St Albans City playing mostly for the reserve side in the Surburban League as well as on loan with Kingstonian. Has also represented Oxford City, Boreham Wood, Reading and AFC Bournemouth. 

PRESTON EDWARDS - GOALKEEPER 
Another returning player to Theobalds Lane and one who is well known to the non-league fans having played for Potters Bar Town, Braintree Town, Brentwood Town, Dartford, Dulwich Hamlet, Boreham Wood, Ebbsfleet United, Grays Athletic and Dover Athletic after starting his career with Millwall. The 34 year old will be Joint Assistant Manger and provide back up between the sicks if required. 

SIMO MBONKWI - MIDFIELDER  
Started last season in the South-East Division with Sittingbourne before a mover to Concord Rangers in October. The 31 year old has plenty of experience having played for Eastbourne Borough, Braintree Town, Folkestone Invicta, Hungerford Town and Bedfont Sports in England. He was born in Belgium where he played for OC Warcoing, Lessines-Ollign and RFC Tournai as well as for Norwegian side Nybergsund. 

SAM MVEMBE - LEFT BACK 
Joins after spending the 23/24 season with Southern League Premier Central side Royston Town. He has also played for Canvey Island, Brightlingsea Regent, Carshalton Athletic and Bishops Stortford. 

JOE BABBAGE - FULL BACK 
Babbage makes the move up from Spartan South Midlands Premier Division side Biggleswade United where he played 40 league and cup games last season. He has also played for Hitchin Town and CD Almunecar City in Spain. 

CHICHESTER CITY 
NO NEW SIGNINGS ANNOUNCED 

CRAY VALLEY PM
ANDRE COKER - MIDFIELDER/WINGER 
Coker started last season with Folkestone Invicta before spending time on loan at Carshalton Athletic and AFC Croydon Athletic whom he helped to promotion to Step Four via the play-offs. The 26 year old started his career at Crystal Palace and has also played for Enfield Town, Cray Wanderers, Kingstonian, Maidstone United and Dartford. 

CRAY WANDERERS 
DAVID SMITH - STRIKER 
Scored 15 goals in 44 appearances for Folkestone Invicta last season and is most well known for his first spell with Invicta from 2020 to 2022 where he netted 41 goals in two seasons which earnt him a move to then National Division side Bromley. Whilst with The Ravens he spent time on loan with Hornchurch, Margate and Hastings United. Also counts Sevenoaks Town, Ashford Town, Maidstone United and Sittingbourne as former clubs. 

ALEX TENIOLA - STRIKER 
It Teniola time for The Wands! The striker joins from Hashtag United where he netted 14 goals in 50 league and cup games last season. The 31 year old has played for a large number of clubs in the South-East of England and counts Tonbridge Angels, Enfield Town, VCD Athletic, Phoenix Sports (2 spells), Aveley (3 spells), Brentwood Town, Concord Rangers, Dulwich Hamlet, Greenwich Borough (loan), Thamesmead Town, Barking, Heybridge Swifts (2 spells), Chelmsford City and Coggeshall Town as former clubs. He also had a short previous spell with The Wands during the 14/15 season. 

DARTFORD 
CALLUM JONES - STRIKER 
Jones joins from Vanarama South side Chelmsford City where he had been since April 2021. He came through the academy ranks at Colchester United before moving to City where his spell was hampered by two long term injuries with last season being his first without any set-backs. 

DENZELLE OLOPADE - MIDFIELDER 
Olopade, 22, spent time with Norwich City and Crystal Palace as a youth player before playing for Ramsgate for two seasons. He spent the 23/24 campaign with Isthmian South-East side Erith & Belvedere. 

SAMIR CARRUTHERS - MIDFIELDER 
The 31 year old midfielder re-joins The Darts after spending the 23/24 season with Chelmsford City where he made 42 league and cup appearances. Carruthers is highly experienced having come through the youth ranks at Cambridge United, Arsenal and Aston Villa where he turned full time professional from 2012 to 2014. He made 3 Premier League appearances for Vlla during the 11/12 season. He went on to play for MK Dons, Sheffield United, Oxford United and Cambridge United before dropping in the non-league game with Hemel Hempstead Town in 2020 before his first spell with The Darts. He was capped by the Republic of Ireland at u19 and u21 level early in his career. As well as the 3 Premier League games he has made 142 football league appearances. 

JACOB MARSDEN - GOALKEEPER 
Another player to make the move from Chelmsford City to The Darts where he had been for the last three seasons. His playing time with City has been limited with him also being goalkeeping coach. He has also played Heybridge Swifts. 

DOVER ATHLETIC 
JERRY GYEBI - DEFENDER 
Gyebi spent the 22/23 season with Vanarama South side Hungerford Town after a spell with Enfield Town. The 24 year old has also played for Yeovil Town as an acadmey player along with NK Ankaran in Slovenia and IFK Mora in Sweden. Last season he was with Dulwich Hamlet and Hastings United. Gyebi is a tall, strong and athletic centre-back who is always popular with the fans of whatever club he is playing for. 

HARRISON PONT - MIDFIELDER 
Former Dover Athletic academy player Pont, 22, also played for Gillingham's academy before dropping into non-league with Canterbury City, Sittingbourne, Margate, Hollands & Blair and last season with Herne Bay in the Isthmian League South-East Division. 

JOE TENNENT - DEFENDER 
Tennent was named Whitehawk's Manager's player of the season for the 23/24 campaign. Has also played for Three Bridges and VCD Athletic. 

LUCA COCORACHIO - DEFENDER 
Joins alongside Tennent from Whitehawk. He was also played for Worthing and Brighton & HA academy. 

MITCH WALKER - GOALKEEPER 
Walker returns to The Whites where he made 279 appearances during a seven season stay from 2012 when he joined from Brighton & HA. After leaving The Crabble he played for Aldershot Town and Tonbridge Angels. He is another to make the move along the South Coast from Whitehawk where he made 55 league and cup appearances last season. 

DULWICH HAMLET 
LOUIS RAMSEY - FULL BACK 
Joins from fellow Isthmian Premier side Billericay Town. He has also played for Concord Rangers in the Vanarama National League. The 26 year old came through the Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City academies before being a full time professional with The Canaries from 2016 to 2018. He played for Woking on loan for the 17/18 season and transferred to Leicester City for the 18/19 campaign where he was part of their u23 squad. Has also played for Hornchurch and Rio Grande Valley in the USA. 

SAM GERMAN - DEFENDER 
Signs on a season long loan from now football league side Bromley. The youngster impressed many fans whilst on loan with Kingstonian last season. 

RALFI HAND - MIDFIELDER 
19 year old who joins Hamlet after his release from League One side Charlton Athletic expired. Hand came through the Kinetic Academy before his time with The Addicks academy. I'm sure he'll be another player thinking taking two or three steps back will benefit his career in the long run with more game time and experience gained. 

DILLON BARNES - GOALKEEPER 
6ft 4inch goalkeeper who was born in Enfield and came through the Barnet and Fulham acadmey systems. He was a full time pro with Fulham in the 14/15 campaign spending time on loan with Farnborough and after a very short spell with Bedford Town he signed for Colchester United where he made 24 football league appearances from 2015 to 2019. He signed for QPR in 2019 but didn't make the first team during his three season stay in West London. He did spent time on loan with Hibernian (4 Scottish Premiership Appearances), Burton Albion, Yeovil Town and Aldershot Town. After taking a break from football during the 22/23 season he joined Isthmian Premier Division side Haringey Borough for the 23/24 campaign where he made 43 league and cup appearances. Has one International Cap to his name for Jamacia - he played in the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup group game against Costa Rica. Aged only 28 so his best years as a goalkeeper could well be in front of him! 

MAX HUDSON - DEFENDER 
Hudson can play in a number of positions along the back line. He spent last season with Concord Rangers and joined Hayes & Yeading United for a short spell at the end of the campaign. Only 20 year of age he came through the Tottenham Hotspur and Concord Rangers academy systems where he spent time on loan with Hertford Town. 

JORDAN WYNTER - DEFENDER/MIDFIELDER 
Wynter, 30, joins after a five year spell playing for Dartford in the National League South. Played with Arsenal as a youth player before starting his career as a young professional with Bristol City where he he played in 3 League One game during the 13/14 season. He moved to Cheltenham Town for 15/16 where he went on loan with Farnborough and AFC Telford United before dropping down to play for Barton Rovers in the summer of 2016. He joined National League Bromley in December 2016 and went on to play for Woking and Maidstone United prior to joining The Darts. 

LORENZO LEWIS - FORWARD 
Lewis joins from Step Four side Merstham where he has scored 13 goals in 64 games over the past two seasons. Has also played for Lancing, Carshalton Athletic, Oxford City and Lingfield. 

FOLKESTONE INVICTA 
EVANS KOUASSI - STRIKER
Kousassi makes the move from fellow Isthmian Premier side Canvey Island where he was a real fan's favourite. Over a four year spell with The Gulls he netted 63 goals in 125 appearances. He has also played for Billericay Town, Chelmsford City, Concord Rangers, Heybridge Swifts, Hayes & Yeading United, Enfield Town, Bishop's Stortford, Kingstonian and Wealdstone as well as in Cyprus for Ermis Aradippou. 

MATT YOUNG - MIDFIELDER 
Joins after a decent season with Haringey Borough where he scored 15 times in 44 games. At only 21 years of age he will have aspirations of moving back into the football league having played 19 times for Leyton Orient during the 20/21 and 21/22 seasons. Whilst with The O's he played on loan with Wealdstone and Hemel Hempstead Town. 

GAVIN HOYTE - DEFENDER 
Joins from National South side Maidstone United where he had played for the last five seasons. The 34 year old brings with him a wealth of experience having started his career at Arsenal where he was a full time professional from 2007 to 2012 where he played in one Premier League game in 08/09 coming on a substitute for Aaron Ramsey in a game against Manchester City. Whilst with the Gunners he played on loan for Watford, AFC Wimbledon, Lincoln City and Brighton & HA clocking up 40 football league appearances. He joined Dagenham & Redbridge in 2012 whilst there were still a League Two side and went to play for Barnet and Gillingham adding a further 119 football league appearances to his name. He dropped into the non-league game with Eastleigh in 2016 and had another spell with The Daggers in 18/19 prior to joining The Stones. Earlier in his career he was capped for England at u17, u18, u19 and u20 level before gaining 3 full International caps for Trinidad and Tobago in 2014 and 2015. In 2007 he was part of the England u17 squad who came runner's up in the UEFA European Championship and in 2009 part of the England u19 squad who also came runner's up in the UEFA European Championship. 

MARVEL EKPITETA - DEFENDER 
Spent the last part of the 23/24 season with Hayes & Yeading United. Played as a youth player with Oxford United and Stevenage FC before dropping into the non-league game with North Greenford United and AFC Hayes. He played for Chelmsford City, Heybridge Swifts, Bishops Stortford, Wealdstone and Hungerford Town when in 2019 he signed a two year contract with football league side Newport County. He didn't make the first team for the Welsh side but played on loan with Ebbsfleet United before a move to Macclesfield Town in September 2020. After only a week with The Silkmen they were wound up so he moved to Dover Athletic. He has also played for Billericay Town and Dulwich Hamlet. 

DAN SMITH - CENTRE FORWARD 
Smith, 24, joins from Isthmian Premier rival's Bognor Regis Town where last season he scored 8 goals in 36 appearances. He started his career with Portsmouth where he spent time on loan with Bognor Regis Town and Cork City in Ireland. He joined The Rocks on a permanent basis for the 19/20 season before a move to Eastleigh. He has also played for Hereford, Weymouth and Dulwich Hamlet. At only 24 years of age he is another player who will be looking to play higher up the pyramid if possible and a good season at Cheriton Road could be the catalyst for this. 

JOAN LUQUE - WINGER 
Luque, 32, was born in Barcelona and spent two years in the famous FC Barcelona academy from the age of 11 to 13. He started his senior career in the Spanish lower leagues with Gramenet B, Gramenet, Montanesa, Vilasar Mar, Santobia, Sabadell B and Llosetense before a move to the UK where he had an amazing 17/18 season with Heybridge Swifts netting 30 goals in 60 league and cup game of the Isthmian North side. He joined League Two side Lincoln City for the start of the 18/19 campaign but after a short loan spell with Bromley he was released in January 2019 and joined Concord Rangers. He has since played for Dagneham & Redbridge, Maidstone United, Weymouth and Worthing. Luque spent the second half of last season on loan to AFC Totton. 

FRANKIE MORGAN - LEFT BACK 
Joins from Isthmian South-East side Sheppey United where he had spent the last two seasons.  Morgan, 22, played as a youth for Charlton Athletic and has also played for Corinthian FC. 

SAM BLACKMAN - CENTRAL MIDFIELDER 
Blackman has spent the last three seasons with Margate. He has also played for Leatherhead, Concord Rangers (where he played in the delayed 2021 FA Trophy Final), Dartford and Hythe Town. 

JOHNATHAN HENLY - GOALKEEPER 
Henly joins from Vanarama South side Tonbridge Angels where he had spent the last seven seasons. He has also played for Hemel Hempstead Town, Aldershot Town and Welling United. Now 30 years old he came through the academy system at Reading FC. 

JACK JEBB - MIDFIELDER 
Jebb, 28, came through the Arsenal academy and was a full time pro with The Gunners from 2012 to 2015. He spent loans spells at Stevenage before moving to The Lamex Stadium on a permenant basis for the 15/16 season. He also played for Newport County in the league before dropping into non-league where he has played for Sutton United, Welling United, Wealdstone, Dartford, Dorking Wanderers and Havant & Waterlooville. He was capped by England at u16 and u17 level earlier in his career. 

DEAN RANCE - MIDFIELDER 
The 32 year old brings with his a wealth of experience and signs from Vanarama North side Scunthorpe United. He made 16 appearances for Invicta during a loan spell at Cheriton Road last season. He started his career as a professional with Gillingham spending time on loan with Maidstone United, Bishop's Stortford and Dover Athletic. He joined the later on a permanent basis in 2012 and has gone on to play for Ebbsfleet United, Aldershot Town and Dagenham & Redbridge prior to signing for The Iron last summer. Has 168 National League North/South and 147 National League appearances to his name so far. Rance who played with Invicta Manager Adam Drury whilst playing for Ebbsfleet has signed a two year contract with the south coast club. 

HASHTAG UNITED 
SAM HIGGINS - STRIKER 
Higgins joins from Canvey Island where he had been since December 2023. He has netted over 400 goals during his impressive non-league career and was part of the Hornchurch team who won the FA Trophy in 2021. JACK GIDDENS - GOALKEPPER 
Another player with a huge amount of experience signs for The Tags. The 32 year old has been with Bishops Stortford since 2020 and helped them to the Isthmian Premier title in the 22/23 season. He has played for Leyton Orient, Aveley, Grindavik (Sweden), Tooting & Mitcham United, St Neots Town, Aveley, Tilbury, Billericay Town, Canvey Island and East Thurrock United. 

DARREN FOXLEY - ATTACKING MIDFIELDER 
Follows Giddens to Hashtag United from Bishops Stortford and was also a big part of the The Blue 2023 title winning squad. He has played for Soham Town Rangers, Cambridge City, Hungerford Town, St Albans City and East Thurrock United. 

ALEX BOLOVAN - MIDFIELDER 
The 20 year old makes the move up from Step Five to Step Three after a very impressive season with Woodford Town in 23/24 where he scored 10 goals in 47 league and cup games. He is a product of the famous Kinetic Academy and last season won the supporters, players and young player of the season awards for Woodford Town.    

QUBA GORDON - DEFENDER 
Gordon, 26, has spent the last two seasons with North Division side Heybridge Swifts. He began his career with Boreham Wood and has also played for Haringey Borough, Maldon & Tiptree, Welling United and Hendon.

LUKE MASSINGHAM - DEFENDER 
Massingham, 22, started last season with AFC Rushden & Diamonds before moving on to Berkhamsted in October. He started his career at Wealdstone and has also played for Rayners Lane, Kempston Rovers and Thame United. 

DEMARY ANYADKIE - WINGER 
Joins from Royston Town and has also played for Walthamstow. Began his career at Southend United and spent time away from Roots Hall on loan at Harlow Town and Hullbridge Sports. Was a firm fan's favourite at The Stow where he was support's player of the season for the 22/23 campaign. 

HORSHAM 
JOE PAXMAN - ATTACKING MIDFIELDER 
Joins after a two year spell with Canvey Island - He has also played for East Thurrock United, Aveley and Grays Athletic. 

OLA OGUNWAMIDE - WINGER 
24 year old who joined from Lewes - He started last season with then Vanarama North side Bishops Stortford before moving to The Rooks in October. Has also played for Hornchurch, Concord Rangers and Tilbury. 

JAKE ELLIOTT - RIGHT BACK 
Another player to move from Lewes. He has also played for Eastbourne Borough, Hastings United and Peacehaven & Telscombe. 

JOE TURNER - FORWARD 
Joins after spending last season with Isthmian South runner's up Ramsgate. Has also played for Tonbridge Angels in both the Isthmian Premier and Vanarama South. 

LEWES 
MARCUS SABILER - MIDFIELDER 
21 year old joins on a permanent basis after a successful loan spell from then National League Bromley last season where he made 26 appearances scoring 4 goals. He came through the youth sides at The Ravens and has spent time on loan at Welling United, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Bowers & Pitsea, Cray Wanderers and Cheshunt. 

DANNY BASSETT - STRIKER 
Bassett, 28, has had a good three seasons in the Isthmian Premier Division. In 21/22 he netted 20 times in 48 games for Carshalton Athletic, then in 22/23 he scored 15 goals in 46 appearances for Cray Wanderers before in 23/24 he got 11 goals in 45 games back at Colston Avenue. He has also played for Tooting & Mitcham United, Staines Town, Egham Town, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Braintree Town. 

MALACHI MORRIS - MIDFIELDER 
Morris, 21, follows Manager Craig Nelson from Glebe where he scored 12 goals in 45 league and cup games last season. A highly talented and promising player who has been on the books at Dulwich Hamlet where he spent time on loan with Sittingbourne, Merstham and South Park. 

EDDIE ALLSOP - MIDFIELDER 
Spent the 23/24 season with both Chatham Town (19 games) and Folkestone Invicta where he played in 18 games. A product of the youth system at Charlton Athletic and has also played for Faversham Town, Eastbourne Borough, Herne Bay and Bowers & Pitsea. 

POTTERS BAR TOWN 
STEVE CAWLEY - STRIKER 
Cawley returns to the club he started his career with - He was The Scholars young player of the season in the 06/07 season. Now aged 32 he brings with him lots of experience gained playing for Hitchin Town, Chesham United, Hoddesdon Town, Bishops Stortford, Hemel Hempstead Town, Hitchin Town, Stotfold and Margate where he spent the 23/24 season. 

LANYE EADIE - LEFT BACK 
Former Harlow Town, St Albans City and Hitchin Town player. 

RONNIE HENRY - DEFENDER 
Henry, 40, brings with him a huge amount of experience. Despite his age he shows no signs of ending his playing career having played 115 times in the league and cup for Southern League Premier Central side Royston Town over the past three seasons. He started his playing career with Tottenham Hotspur where he was loaned to Southend United. He was released by Spurs in 2004 and after a short spell in Ireland with Dublin City he joined Stevenage FC where he stayed for eight years and is the club's all time record appearance holder. He spent the 12/13 and 13/14 seasons with Luton Town helping them to promotion from the National League as Captain of the side. He then moved back to Stevenage from 2014 to 2019 before a two season spell with then National South side Billericay Town. He is also the youth academy coach at Stevenage who now have a strong partnership with The Scholars where Dave Hicks, Rylee Mitchell and Ronnie's son Louie all played on loan last season. 

RYAN HERVEL - MIDFIELDER 
Hervel made 26 appearances for the The Scholars last season prior to his departure to Walthamstow in January. Prior to signing for the club last summer he played for New Salamis for a number of seasons and was a youth team player with AFC Wimbledon. 

JAMIE DICKS - DEFENSIVE MIDIFELDER 
Dicks has played for Romford, Grays Athletic, Aveley, Thurrock, Bowers & Pitsea and Enfield FC during his career. He was part of the Bower's squad who won the 18/19 Isthmian North division and get to the First Round Proper of the FA Cup. He was also part of the Aveley squad who won promotion to step 2 via the play-offs in the 22/23 season. 

WHITEHAWK 
HARRY SHOOMAN -  LEFT BACK/LEFT WING 
Shooman returns to The Hawks where he spent the successful 22/23 season helping them to promotion back to Step Three. He joined from Saltdean United in 2022 and left for Steyning Town in 2023. Last season at Steyning he was a major part of the Southern Combination Premier Division title winning team scoring an incredible 30 goals in 52 league and cup games along with 24 goal assists. 

SAM BULL - CENTRAL DEFENDER 
19 year old central defender who played for Isthmian South side Lancing last season winning the club's young player of the season award. He was previously with Eastbourne Borough prior to his time with Lancing. 

TAYLOR SEYMOUR - GOALKEEPER 
22 year old goalkeeper who started his career with Lewes before a move into the football league with Portsmouth for the 20/21 season. He departed Fratton Park with just one EFL Trophy appearance to his name which was a 5-1 defeat to Peterborough. He has also played for Burgess Hill Town, Eastbourne Borough, Crawley Town, Corinthian-Casuals and Horsham. 

GEORGE TAGGART - ATTACKING MIDFIELDER 
Another player to move from Lancing. He was previously with Eastbourne Borough prior to the 23/24 season. 

ANDREW BRIGGS - MIDFIELDER 
The third of a trio of players to move from Lancing - they follow their Manager David Altendorff who has joined The Hawks as Assistant Manager. He netted 9 goals and 12 assists in 43 league and cup matches last season. He was named players and coaches player of the season. 

WINGATE & FINCHLEY 
ANDRONICOS GEORGIOU - ATTACKING MIDFIELDER 
Started his career with Stevenage where he made his first team debut as a teenager in 2017. He left The Boro in 2020 after making 3 appearances in the football league and joined Wycombe Wanderers where he was part of the 'B' team. Whilst with Stevenage he played on loan with Hendon, Kings Langley and St Albans City. In 2021 he moved on to Haringey Borough and has since played for Kings Langley and St Albans City again as well as Royston Town and Braintree Town. 

OGO OBI - STRIKER 
Obi helped Chesham United (whilst on loan from Maidstone United) to the Southern League Premier South title last season. Now 26, he has played for Watford, Manchester United and Cardiff City as a youngster and counts Wealdstone, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Hendon, Hemel Hempstead Town and Slough Town as former clubs. 

LONIT TALLA - MIDFIELDER 
Talla moves from Harrow Borough where he played in 40 games last season. He is QPR academy graduate and has also played for Egham Town and Uxbridge. 

ARTHUR IONTTON - MIDFIELDER 
Iontton, 23, was a youth player with Stevenage from 2011 to 2018 going on to be a full time professional with the club from 2018 to 2021. He made a total of 29 football league appearances during his time at The Lamex Stadium. He has also played for Braintree Town, Kings Lynn Town, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Hendon and Haringey Borough. 

TOBY BYRON - DEFENDER 
Byron, 22, came through the Luton Town youth system and has also played for Hendon. Last season he made 20 appearances for Folkestone Invicta after spending the start of the campaign with Hornchurch. 

AYO TANIMOWO - FULL BACK 
Had a very impressive season helping Waltham Abbey into the Southern League Division One Central play-offs. The 22 year old spent time with Brighton & HA and Norwich City as a youth player. 

MICHAEL O'DONOGHUE - LEFT BACK 
The 28 year old joins from Isthmian Premier Division Champion's Hornchurch. The former Colchester United and Leyton Orient player is most well known for his time with Haringey Borough from 2020 to 2023.
