A good crowd of 133 people saw the visitors win very comfortably with four goals scored in the first half of this Spartan South Midlands League Division One derby game. The home side had won their previous three games prior to this one with Shefford winning 7-3 at home to bottom of the table Irchester United just prior to Christmas.
Langford get the chance to gain some revenge this Saturday when they make the short-trip to Shefford Sports Club as the two local rival's play in the Bedfordshire FA Senior Trophy Semi-Final. Before that game Shefford are in action tonight at home to league leader's and another local rival in Stotfold.
