Elstow Abbey were reformed in 2006 (after being originally formed in 1920) and play at The Warren in the village of Elstow to the South of Bedford. Kings AFC were formed in 2006 and play at the King George IV playing fields in the village of Clapham to the North of Bedford.

Elstow Abbey deserved their 2-1 victory last night as they were the team who created the most chances in a scrappy game of sorts. With the half time score 2-0 Kings AFC worked hard to come back into the game and scored a good free kick but were not able to take the game into extra-time with Elstow looking the more threatening towards the end of the game.

Elstow Abbey will play Lea Sports PSG in the final. They beat Westoning Recreation Club 4-2 AET in the other semi-final also played last inght at The Hollow, Potton. The PSG stands for Pirton, Shillington, Gravenhurst.
