Prior to this Spartan South Midlands League Division One game Brimsdown had played ten league games winning four and scoring just fifteen goals with their visitor's Bedford being rated favourites as they had won seven of their eleven games played scoring thirty one goal.
It was anything but this as Brimsdown were the better side scoring goals from Arjan Ali Xavi, Jordan Cornelius and Nathan Acheampong to win the game 3-2. Bedford's goals came from Sam Smith - one wasn't captured on camera unfortunately. Brimsdown's first goal was a brilliant looping shot from outside of the box with their third being an excellent counter attacking team goal.
A crowd of just twenty people saw this game played at Wodson Park where Brimsdown currently ground share.
