THE PLAYERS, OFFICIALS AND EVERY SPECTATOR PRESENT GAVE A WONDERFUL ROUND OF APPLAUSE PRIOR TO KICK OFF IN LOVING MEMORY OF JORDAN BANKS.
This was a highly entertaining cup tie between two very good sides that will live long in the memory for many people especially Sharnbrook who won on penalty kicks after letting a 2-0 half-time lead go as Lea Sports PSG fought back to end the game at 2-2 and could of won it had it not been for a brilliant save from Sharnbrook's keeper Brody Willerton in injury time - He was the hero in the shoot-out making three saves to take his side through to next weekend's final where they will play Eaton Park Rangers at Huntingdon Town. Both sides were fully committed and gave 100% with tackles being made across the pitch for the entire match.
The battle between PSG's Milton Tomlinson-Dennis on the left wing and Sharnbrook's right back Rory Watkinson was fantastic - Watkinson looks a very good strong hard working player.
Thomas O'Neil had put Sharnbrook 2-0 in the first half only for Tomlinson-Dennis and James Haughney to level things up for the home side to send the game to penalty kicks.
