There was cup glory for Herts Senior County League side Sun Sports Rovers on Good Friday as they lifted the Hertfordshire FA Junior Cup with a 4-0 win over Elizabeth Allen Old Boys who currently play in the Hertford and District League.
It's great to see the Sun Sports name back in football after they resigned from the Spartan South Midlands League in 2017 and played in the Herts Senior County League for part of the 18/19 season and the 20/21 campaign as Sun Sports Watford.
Charlie Kimpton, Antony Macey and Kaan Lawrence (2) were the goal scoring heroes for Glenn O'Malley's side.
The game was officiated by Chad Greatorex along with Tom Gogden, Conor Murphy and Steve Meager as his assistants who were excellent throughout.
