A crowd of 160 people saw the landlords beat the tenants as Arlesey Town recorded their first home league win of the season at the tenth time of asking with a narrow 1-0 win over Baldock Town. The winning goal was scored in the 79th minute from the penalty spot by former Hertford Town, Leatherhead and FC Romania player Sudayisi Sendege.
It was not a game to live long in the memory but Arlesey Town boss Nick Brown will have been very pleased to pick up the three points. They followed this result up with a creditable 2-2 draw at Potton United on Saturday 7th January.
