In all of my years following local football I had never visited The King George V Playing Fields which is the home of Cuffley FC. This changed last Thursday evening as Hatfield Town visited and came away with a 0-1 win via a second half headed goal. The home side had chances to score but couldn't find a way through.
Cuffley's home looked very picturesque with views across to the local farmer's fields and rapeseed flowers in bloom.
