There are some fantastic ties to be played in the William Hill Scottish Cup Second Round. The winners of the Camelon or Brora Rangers first round tie due to be played on Saturday 2nd January will host eight time winners Heart of Midlothian who so nearly won the delayed 2020 final played on Sunday 20th December in a thrilling 3-3 draw with Celtic - they lost on penalty kicks!
Another Championship side Inverness Caledonian Thistle (2015 winners) travel along the North Coast to face Highland League side Buckie Thistle.
Other former finalists are involved in Dumbarton (albeit last in 1897), Dundee (2003), Dunfermline Athletic (2007), Partick Thistle (1930), Raith Rovers (1913), Queen of The South (2008), Greenock Morton (1948), East Fife (1950), Falkirk (2015), Clyde (1949), Queens Park (1900) and the former Airdrieoians* (1995). * Reformed as Aidrie United in 2002.
