Table topper's Barking can take another big step towards the title with a win putting them on 90 pts with a goal difference currently of +72. Second placed FC Romania can only be able to get to a maximum of 90 pts (their goal difference is currently +63) if they win all their remaining four games in hand with their next game on Saturday 1st April away at Tower Hamlets. Their nearest other challengers are Clapton (max 92 pts) who are away at Sawbridgeworth Town.
Defeat for The Tons (would put them on a max pts total of 89) and a win for Barking would near enough guarantee the title to go Mayesbrook Park.
Either way a win for Barking on Saturday and then a win at Stanstead next Saturday would see The Blues win their first title since Eddie McCluskey's famous side won the Isthmian League back in 1979 by a gap of twelve points to local rival's Dagenham.
