RYMAN PREMIER PRE-SEASON NEWS - DUBERRY PLAYS FOR HENDON

These are the results from the pre-season friendlies played over the weekend for the Ryman Premier sides -

BILLERICAY TOWN 2 ROMFORD 1
Blue's winner came from new striker James Robinson who has signed from Maldon and Tiptree.

BOGNOR REGIS TOWN 2 PORTSMOUTH 4
Terry Dodds and HarveyWhyte scored for the Rocks.

CANVEY ISLAND 3 BURNHAM RAMBLERS 0
Simon Thomas, signed from Chesham United, bagged a brace with substitute Jay Nash (ex Grays Athletic and Great Wakering Rovers) scoring the other.

DOVER ATHLETIC 0 KINGSTONIAN 1
Decent victory for the K's. Dan Sweeney scored the only goal in the 53rd minute.

ENFIELD TOWN 0 ASTON VILLA XI 2

GORLESTON 1 LEISTON 4
Good win for Leiston. Gareth Heath (2), Craig Parker and Liam Barrett scored their four goals.

GRAYS ATHLETIC 1 BRIGG TOWN 0
Only new face for Grays was Ryan Maxwell who played for Whyteleafe last season.

HAMPTON & RICHMOND O QPR ELITE DEVELOPMENT SQUAD 4 - Played on Friday night
There was an early goal after 20 seconds by a young R's side with The Beavers more than matching them up until half time. A raft of changes by both sides in the second half brought three more goals for the visitors. H&R included striker Mo Bettamer on their bench who will take part in a trial with League Tow Dagenham and Redbridge in the coming week. Ranger's scorers were 20 year old Mo Sharif (ex Slough Town) who spent time with The Daggers on loan last season, Max Ehmer (German defender who has spent time on loan at Yeovil Town and Stevenage), Petros Skapetis (Australian striker) and Michael Petrasso (Canadian Youth international).

HYTHE TOWN 2 MARGATE 5
Gate's scorers were  Murphy, Walsh, Ademeno, Whitely, Attwood)

MAIDSTONE UNITED 1 CHARLTON ATLHETIC XI 2
Decent crowd of 823 see Oliver Muldon score twice for South Londoners. Frannie Collin scored from the spot for The Stones.

THAMESMEAD TOWN 1 EBBSFLEET UNITED 5
Conference South side too good for The Mead whose goal was scored via new striker Jon Main.

THETFORD TOWN 0 BURY TOWN 2 - Played on Friday night
Bury's scorers were youngster's Liam Wales and Ross Bailey

TRING ATHLETIC 0 HENDON 2
David Diehiou and Chris Seeby scored the goal for The Greens. Hendon included ex Chelsea and Leeds United central defender (and Enfield born) Michael Duberry in their starting line-up. It has also been announced that striker Jefferson Louis has signed for the 2013/14 season.
