ENFIELD TOWN BACK IN ACTION!!

Enfield Town return to action tomorrow night with a short trip to Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Broxbourne Borough. It'll be the first time the two local clubs have met. Former Town winger Bradley Drisdale is back at Goffs Lane after a summer move to Grays Athletic didn't come about following Julian Dick's departure from the Essex side. They also include Enfield born keeper Ed Thompson who played three football league games for Dagenham & Redbridge in his spell in East London between July 2007 & May 2009 and Dean Williams who has played for Wingate and Finchley.

Borough have played two pre-season games so far away against Metropolitan Police Bushey in which they recorded a 1-4 victory last Tuesday evening.

On Saturday they played Enfield FC 1893 at Goffs Lane and won 3-1 through goals from ex Hendon player Shane Wiley, Tony Cookie (formerly of Hoddesdon Town and Hadley) and Nicky Marsh.

They are managed by Ashley Fisk who is supported by number two Geoff O'Vell and director of football Tom Mundt.

COME ON TOWN!!!
