CROWDS ON THE UP FOR LEWISHAM BOROUGH

It's been fantastic to see attendances on the rise for Southern Counties League Division One side Lewisham Borough - Just a few seasons ago they would sometimes only get around ten people at their games supporting the team. Last season they had 110 versus Snodland Town, 109 versus Sporting Club Thamesmead and 72 versus Forest Hill Park in three games of note.

The club formed in 2003 from a merger between Ten Em Bee, Elms and Moonshot merged were close to folding in the summer of 2018 but thankfully due to the hard work of many people behind the scenes they continued to play.

Borough have a busy pre-season friendly scheduled with summer's evening seaside trip on Tuesday 11th July to Herne Bay possibly the pick of the games.
