Match played on Tuesday 10th January

On a very rainy and wet evening in North London Edgware & Kingsbury v Virginia Water in The Cherry Red Records Premier Challenge Cup Second Round. The weather conditions made this one of the only games played locally on the night as the pitch at Silver Jubilee Park is artificial.

The competition is the league cup for the Cherry Red Records League with clubs entering from the Premier Division North, Premier Division South and Division One.

It was the home side who were the better with the visitors on the end of a 5-3 defeat in front of a small crowd of 35 people.

Edgware and Kingsbury's goals were scored by Kleon James, Oscar Kelly (2), Matthew Shaw and Michael Melanarkitis. Virginia Water's goal-scorers were Casey Bocarro, Jack Mullan and Jamie Spencer.
