LEAGUE TITLE DECIDERS GALORE IN THE SURREY SOUTH EASTERN COMBINATION

 

The race for the Surry South Eastern Combination Intermediate Division Two title has come down to the final day of the season and it couldn't be any closer as the top two clash at Church Road.

Selhurst FC, who currently ground share with AFC Whyteleafe, welcome Chelsea Rovers knowing that they need to win for to win the title with their visitors knowing a draw or a win would be enough. 

Rovers won narrowly 1-0 back in February in the return game.

In the Intermediate Division One it's advantage Wimbledon Casuals who realistically need one point from their last two games to win the title with a win confirming it. They host Frenches Athletic next weekend before ending their season at Kew Park Rangers on Saturday 21st May. 

AFC Whyteleafe, the club formed after Isthmian League club Whyteleafe were dissolved in 2021, travel to Westminster Casuals and Earlsfield SSEC in their final two games.

Old Boys Clapham have completed their season in the Junior Division One and are currently top of the table. They can be taken over by either South Croydon or Banstead Rovers who have games in hand to play. And who is playing who on Saturday 21st May - SOUTH CROYDON v BANSTEAD ROVERS!!

In the Junior Division Six there is another title decider this weekend when Junction Elite u23s host Ashtead Reserves knowing only a win will see them finish top. Their visitors know a win or a draw would see them crowned champions.
