Third placed Wroxham have only played four league games since the start of November with a combination of postponements and FA Vase games seeing them now have to play 17 games from now until the end of the season on Saturday 23rd April. The Yachtsmen were knocked out of the FA Vase on Saturday by United Counties Premier Division North side Anstey Nomads who won 2-5 at Trafford Park.
With Mildenhall Town having played 26 games it looks like either Gorleston or Wroxham for the title although there are many games along with twists and turns to come no doubt.
It's been a great first season at Step Five for Mulbarton Wanderers - The Villagers were playing in Division Six of the Anglian Combination back in 2009!
It's been a real transformation of form for Gorleston as there were fighting relegation in the 2019/20 season placed bottom of the table when the season was curtailed.
Wroxham have three important fixtures coming up - this Friday night they host fifth placed Norwich United before travelling to Mildenhall Town and Mulbarton Wanderers on successive Saturdays.
