Walthamstow are look strong favourites for the Essex Senior League title currently being ten points ahead of their nearest challenger's Stansted. They have recently strengthened their squad with the signing of Timi Ogunrinde who netted 10 goals in 17 league games for Redbridge prior to his move.
Athletic Newham have had a very impressive debut season at step five of the non-league ladder with their striker Richard Kone currently on 37 goals in just 30 league and cup games! I'm sure we'll see Kone playing alot higher up the football pyramid sooner rather than later.
Athletic Newham are still going in the Buildbase FA Vase having an amazing run so far as detailed below. I'm sure there will be a bug crowd at The Terence McMillan Stadium when Brockenhurst make the trip up from The New Forest in February.
