The Middlesex County League has announced it's 2021/22 constitution with 90 teams involved compared to the 86 teams last season. AEK London, AVA, FC Soma and The Wilberforce Wanderers are all promoted to the Premier Division.
New clubs include London Sports Club, Feltham Royals and Ealing Albion.
