The top four of last season's Division Two have been moved up to Division One. Epping Town will be seeing their former boss Billy Cove as he has been announced as the new manager of Herongate Athetic after he left Premier Division side Bishops Stortford Swifts at the end of the 2020/21 campaign. Epping are now just one level below the Premier Division they left in 2011 - they dropped down to Division Four for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 campaign.
Wakering Sports were formed in 2018 as Southend Sports and have made steady progress up the divisions - Division One is the highest level they've played at.
