BRECHIN CITY OR KELTY HEARTS? THE SCOTTISH LEAGUE TWO PLAY OFF FINAL 2020/21

Below is the history of the Scottish League Two play-off finals which have been played since 2014. Only Edinburgh City and Cove Rangers have been promoted since but Kelty Hearts could be following them this season. Since moving from Junior Football in 2017 they have won the East of Scotland League and finished 3rd, 1st and 1st in the Lowland League. They are managed by former Scottish International Barry Ferguson. 

Brechin City were members of the Second Tier in the 2017/18 alongside St Mirren, Dundee United and Livingston but for the 2021/22 season they could be playing in the Highland League!

Since promotion City have finished in 7th, 9th, 3rd. 2nd and 2nd in League Two - they are due to play Dumbarton in the play-off final for a place in League One for the 2021/22 season.  
Since relegation East Stirlingshire have finished in 2nd, 4th, 6th, 4th and 5th in the Lowland League

Since promotion Cove Rangers finished 1st in L2 and 3rd in L1 - they narrowly lost 4-3 on aggregate to Airdrieonians in the play-off semi-final this season. 
Since relegation Berwick Rangers have finished 12th and 10th in the Lowland League.
