EFL PAPA JOHNS TROPHY *UPDATE*

I wrote about the under 21 sides in the PAPA JOHNS TROPHY November 2020 and can now confirm Leicester City u21's are the last of the under 21 sides left in the competition for this season. They travel to face Tranmere Rovers tomorrow night who beat Manchester City u21's in the second round.

The best result of the night tonight was Peterborough United's 5-1 home win against Portsmouth who won the competition in 2019 and are still awaiting to play the delayed 2020 final against Salford City. Salford were knocked out in this season's competition in Round Two by Leicester City u21s - the game ended 3-3 with The Foxes winning on penalty kicks 5-6. Zimbabwean International centre forward Admiral Muskwe scored two goals for Leicester in this game - He recently joined Championship side Wycombe Wanderers on loan until the end of the season.
