It's a huge week coming up in the Essex Senior League as Cockfosters host Hashtag United on Saturday and then Hadley on Tuesday in a local derby game. Hoddesdon Town are also climbing up towards the top of the table and had a impressive 4-2 home win over Walthamstow on Tuesday evening. They host Saffron Walden Town on Saturday who drew with improving Enfield FC in midweek. 

Cockfosters dropped their first points of the season on Wednesday evening in a 1-1 draw at Ilford.
