The Premier League title race swung in BATE's favour this weekend as they won 1-3 at Slutsk through two goals form Maksim Skavysh and a very rare goal from defender Egor Filipenko - It was only his eight goal for BATE in his seven seasons with the club. 

Shakhtyor fell to a defeat at Slavia Mozyr whose goal was scored by Russian Islam Tlupov on his debut for the club.

Sputnik, despite their 1-0 defeat at Gomel, still lead the first league by two points to Krumkachy who in turn are five points ahead of Arsenal who have drawn their last three games in row.

In group B their was a real surprise result at Dnepr Mogilev lost their first league game of the season to Dnepr Rogachev. Prior to the 0-1 defeat Mogilev had scored 95 goals and let in just 8 goals in a sixteen game winning run.

In the Second League former Belshina forward Kirill Sidorenko is having a great season for DNEPR Mogilev hitting the net 26 times so far. He is followed by Dimitri Khlebosolov who is another former Belshina player who is on 22 goals. He has also played for Neman Grodno, Slavia Mozyr and Vitebsk amongst other clubs.     His father Andrey is the current head coach of the club and also played for Belshina during his playing career which saw him gain six full Belarus International caps. Third in the list is Aleksey Khodnevich who is 32 years of age and has played in the lower leagues in Belarus for all of his career.
