MILTON KEYNES IRISH ANNOUNCE THEIR FIRST FOUR SIGNINGS

MK Irish (formed after the joining together of the MK Robins, Unite MK and the MK Irish) have announced their first signings for the forthcoming 2020/21 campaign.

Robin's Fans will recognise all four of the signings as they were integral to the club's success last season - George Shrieves, Ryan Coyle, Mason Spence and Callum Williams have all signed.

Centre-Forward Shrieves finished the curtailed season with 18 goals and 21 assists in 40 appearances.

Midfielder Spence notched 22 goals and 11 assists in just 26 games and is very experienced having joined from Cambridge City early in the season. I thought he was one of the best players in the Spartan South Midlands League last season.  Spence started his career with the MK Dons before going to Colchester United, Hayes & Yeading United, Chelmsford City and Hitchin Town.

Williams is a left sided defender and made 36 appearances for the then MK Robins last term.

Finally, Coyle also has committed to the newly named MK Irish for the 2020/21 season, after making 26 appearances and scoring 1 goal for the Robins last season.

It's all set to be an exciting season for the newly formed club.
