Six new teams join the Premier Division for the 2019/20 season Dunstable Town and Aylesbury Vale Dynamos (formerly Aylesbury FC) are relegated from the Southern League Division One Central with Broadfields United and Harefield United promoted from the SSMFL Division One.
Eynesbury Rovers and Newport Pagnell Town are transferred from the United Counties League Premier Division. Rovers have been members of the UCL since 1963 with Town since 1973 - they were members of the South Midlands League between 1971 to 1973.

Division One has lost Harefield United and Broadfields United as above along with Hatfield Town (relegated to the Herts Senior County League) and Codicote (relegated to Division Two). Risborough Rangers have been moved across to Division One (East) of the Hellenic League.
New Salamis (Herts Senior County Premier), St Panteleimon (Middlesex County League Premier) and Shefford Town & Campton (Bedfordshire County Premier) are promoted with Stotfold and London Tigers coming down from the Premier Division.
New Salamis and St Panteleimon will renew the rivalry they had when Sunday League sides in the Kopa League.
DIVISION TWO
Aston Clinton v MK Gallacticos
There is just one game in Division Two. Division Two welcomes Codicote along with Buckingham United and Tring Corinthians. United move from the North Bucks & District League.
