PRO-KIT UK ESSEX OLYMPIAN LEAGUE OPENING FIXTURES FOR 2019/20

Last season's EOFL Premier Division Champions were Buckhurst Hill who impressively won the title by winning twenty-four and losing just two of their league games played. Their nearest challengers, Kelvedon Hatch, were 25 points back in runner's up spot. The club did apply for promotion to Step Six of the non-league ladder but weren't successful on this occasion. They travel to Rayleigh Town for their first game of the season on Saturday 17th August. 

The opening day fixtures see Canning Town welcoming Leigh Ramblers and Bishop's Stortford Swifts going to Rayleigh Town. 

Both Shenfield AFC and Basildon Town have been promoted from Division One to the Premier Division. The league have dropped it's under 21 division and will run with a straight forward five divisions with a healthy total of eighty teams competing. It will be Shenfield's first season in the top division since joining the league in 1999. 

Another local club climbing through the divisions is Chingford Athletic who currently play their home games at Town Mead Leisure Park in Waltham Abbey. They will play in Division One this season after winning Division Two in 2018/19 and Division Four in 2017/18 when they rejoined after leaving in 2013.

We can't not mention Epping Town who under Manager Billy Cove finished in second place of Division Four last season - they move up two divisions to Division Two with Champion's Corinthians. They open their season with a trip to AS Rawreth on Saturday 31st August.
