The draw for the Emirates FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round has been made today before the Preliminary Round games are played this weekend so we'll concerntrate on those games to make it nice and simple. All the sides from Step 4 on the non-league ladder enter the competition at this stage. There is a great game in prospect at The Mill Field on Friday evening as an all Ryman Division One (South) and local derby takes place between Aveley and AFC Hornchurch. The winners of each tie receive £3,000 each from the Football Association's prize fund.

Aveley v AFC Hornchurch

Guernsey v Thamesmead Town -1pm
This game will go down in history as the most Southerly game ever played so far in the competition as an FA Cup tie is played on the Island for the first time ever. They have played two "home" games in the competition before which were played at Lancing FC (2-3 defeat to Dover Athletic) and Lewes FC (1-2 defeat to Phoenix Sports). A big crowd is expected at The Green Lion's Footes Lane Ground - Will The Mead be the party poopers?
Sittingbourne v Hythe Town - 2pm

Harrogate Railway Athletic v Norton & Stockton Ancients
Billingham Synthonia v Northallerton Town
Dunston UTS v Penrith AFC
Shildon v Kendal Town

Chester-Le-Street Town v Marske United
The home side were runner's up in the Northern League Division One last season and won 3-1 against the much fancied South Shields in the Extra Preliminary Round. The home side were promoted from Division Two after finishing third last season. It all points towards an away win but Chester-Le-Street will be looking to cause an upset.
West Auckland Town v Lancaster City
Clitheroe v Consett AFC
Guisborough Town v Bridlington Town

Washington v Pickering Town
Tadcaster Albion v Scarborough Athletic

A local derby game as only eight miles seperate the two towns - Rovers v Rovers!!
