NIKKI BULL'S MARGATE ARE ON THE MARCH - DEBUT GOAL FOR DUMAKA

They say a month is a long time in football and it certainly is for the Ryman Premier Division play-off 2015 winner's Margate. It's actually two and a half months since their Manager Terry Brown and his assistant Stuart Cash were sacked - On Saturday 5th December they had lost 0-3 at home to St Albans City leaving them in 19th position in the Vanarama South table with just four wins in their nineteen league games played.

Goalkeeper Nikki Bull was installed as manager on Tuesday 15th December and since then The Gate haven't looked back winning eight of eleven games with a 2-3 victory at Chelmsford City on Saturday pushing them up to sixth place and on the edge of the play-offs. Their only defeat since Brown left the club came in the local derby versus Maidstone United (1-2) on Saturday 2nd January.
