WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?

The dramatic news has broken that Enfield Town Football Club have been found guilty by The Football Association of playing midfielder Aryan Tajbaksh whilst ineligible. Club officials, including Chairman Paul Reed, attended Wembley Stadium and vigorously defended the club but despite the FA recognising several issues in favour of Enfield Town (detailed below) the decision of their panel was to find the club and player guilty.

There has been no penalty or costs awarded against the club but the ramifications could have massive implications on the chances of the team reaching the play-offs. Under Ryman League rules there could be a chance that the Town will be deducted three points for a game which Town won when Tajbaksh should of been suspended - this has yet to have been confirmed?

The whole story is detailed above in the an extract from tomorrow afternoon's programme. There has been a huge amount of support for the club and it's position across social media this morning including fans of our great rival's Wingate and Finchley and Wealdstone.

ALL ENFIELD TOWN FANS CAN DO IS TURN UP IN NUMBERS AT DONKEY LANE TOMORROW AND CHEER BRADLEY QUINTON'S BLUE AND WHITE ARMY ON TO VICTORY AS IF THE TOWN LOSE WE COULD END UP FINISHING OUTSIDE OF THE TOP FIVE....THEN HOPE COMMON SENSE PREVAILS.
