With the majority of teams involved in FA Vase games this weekend it's a good time to look at the table in The Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division. It's early days yet but Hanwell Town couldn't of made a better start winning six out of six league games closely followed by AFC Dunstable who have won five and drawn one. The top two are the only sides yet to be defeated with the only one side without a win being London Colney who are currently bottom of the table with two draws and three defeats in five games.
Could Hanwell go into the all important game versus Ampthill Town on the Saturday 28th September with nine wins out of nine as they face Hatfield Town, Oxhey Jets and London Colney in their next three games. All three teams are towards the bottom of the division.
AFC Dunstable also face Hatfield Town with their most important games being when Berkhamsted visit on Wednesday 25th September.
Hoddesdon Town, who are currently twelfth, could move up the table as they have only played three league games at present. They travel to Ampthill and Berkhamsted this month where if they get a result could move right up the top end of the division.

A random fact for you is that Stotfold (currently 20th) have let in only six goals which is just two away form the 4 that current leader's AFC Dunstable have conceded.
