6.88 GOALS PER GAME!!
Out of the seventeen games played last weekend (I don't know the result of Brimsdown v Earlsmead at present so I haven't counted that one) there were an amazing 117 goals scored which works out at an average of 6.88 goals per game. Just three of the thirty-four teams playing failed to score and there was a 7-2, 3-9, 6-3, 3-7 and 3-8 amongst others so with so much debate around at present about the price of football why not pop along to watch a Sunday league game sometime soon as it's free! The Cold End will certainly be doing so soon and hopefully capturing some highlights of some REAL football.
