The Ryman Division One (North) play off places were confirmed today with the games between Maldon and Tiptree v Aveley and Thamesmead Town v Witham Town take place on Tuesday evening. The form side is clearly Witham Town who have edged into the play-off picture with seven wins from eight games. They also have the best defensive record letting in only four goals in eight games with five clean sheets but their back line will face a stern test versus Thamesmead Town who have scored 18 goals in 8 games.
