BEDMOND SPORTS & SOCIAL CUP GLORY

The Hertfordshire Intermediate Cup Final took place on Wednesday 24th April at the County Ground in Letchworth between Bedmond Sports and Social FC and Kings Langley Reserves. It was the Hertfordshire Senior County Division One side Bedmond who were the better side and fully deserved their victory over Kings Langley who play in the Spartan South Midlands League Reserve Division One. Bedmond included ex Slough Town, St Albans City and Chesham United striker Garry Sippetts in their side and he contributed by hitting the back of the net.

Ian Hurst (number 7 for Bedmond in the red shirt) playing in midfield looks a really decent player and it's The Cold End's opinion he could play at a higher level of the non-league pyramid. Well played to Bedmond, it looks like they will be promoted to Herts Senior County Premier Division for season 2013/14 and if they keep their team together they'll do okay!
