RANDOM LEAGUES - MID ESSEX LEAGUE DIVISION THREE

Regular readers of the cold end will know that the beautiful game is not all about the glamour of the Barclay's Premier League and that large numbers of games are played every Saturday and Sunday between teams in divisions not many people would know about.

So, with this in mind,  the cold end proudly presents a new feature called 'Random Leagues' in which each week you'll be introduced to a division you may or may not have heard of.

The First Division featured is 'The County Motor Works Vauxhall Mid-Essex Football League Division Three' which comes in at Level 16 of the football ladder or Step 12 of the non-league pyramid.

The Mid Essex League has seven divisions with the Premier League feeding into the Essex Olympian Football League.

Division Three is made up of twelve sides this season with five first and seven reserve teams. Stock United, Latchingdon, Mundon Vics, Shelley Royals and Tillingham Hotspur make up the fantastic five first teams.
