Fisher FC to make debut on Sunday

Fisher FC travel to Ryman League Division One (North) Romford on Sunday with a 2pm kick off. It's Fisher's first game after rising from the ashes of Blue Square South Fisher Athletic in the summer. The game is being played at Aveley's The Mill Field where Romford currently groundshare.

Romford who lost 2-0 at Needham Market (away) on Saturday plan to use this game to play some of their new players with a few trialists.

Fisher have been entered into the Bulmer's Kent League for the 09/10 season and are still ground sharing at Champion Hill. They kick off the season proper on Saturday 8th August with a trip to Slade Green followed by two local derby matches at home on 10th to Beckenham Town and then entertain Greenwich Borough on the 15th. The Boro kick off on the same day as Fisher's second home game with a trip to Theobalds Lane to play Cheshunt.

Elsewhere at The Wembley Cup Spurs are 4/5 to beat Celtic who are 13/5 with the draw priced at 12/5. In the first match at the home of football Barca are 1/6 to beat Al Ahly who are 11/1, the draw being 9/2. TCE doesn't advise a bet on a pre-season match or tournament due to the unpredictable team selections.

However, to make it interesting watching TCE will be having a little bet on Robbie Keane at 5/1 to be first goal-scorer.
