EBAC Northern League Division Two side FC Hartlepool have issued a statement entitled 'Our Town' on their social media account regarding the scenes of disorder in the County Durham town. The words will really strike a chord with many residents as well as people from all around the United Kingdom.
FCH visit Chester-Le-Street Town this Saturday and then Redcar Town on Tuesday 6th August.
Their next home game at Grayfields Enclosure is on Saturday 10th August when Sunderland West End visit. It would be wonderful to see some more local people and supporters showing support at this game to show the strength of a Town is within it's people - In their opening two games there were 179 present to see Darlington Town win 2-4 and 182 saw a 0-0 draw with Boldon CA.
With Hartlepool United starting their Vanarama National League campaign away at Yeovil Town on Saturday 10th August some of their fans, who can't make the trip down to Somerset, could attend the game.
