It's been an eventful few seasons for everyone involved with Bermondsey Town in recent times. The club were formed in 2013 and played in Sunday League until 2017 when they joined the Surrey South East Combination.
After finishing fourth in the Bromley & South London John Cooper Premier Division in the 21/22 they applied to join Step Six of the non-league pyramid and played in the Southern Counties League Division One for the 22/23 season which was a struggle with just two league games won out of the thirty-two played. They were relegated to The NRG 24HR Gym Kent County League Premier Division for the 23/24 campaign and again it was difficult one for the club where they finished second bottom and were relegated again.
The club have rebranded with a new badge for the 24/25 campaign and will play in the NRG 24HR Gym Kent County League Division One (West) as shown below. They will continue to ground share with Fisher FC at the St Pauls Stadium.
They have also formed a partnership with local youth club AFC Bermondsey to create u15s and u16s teams under the Bermondsey Town name so the future looks good!
