Welcome to a new feature on The Cold End called 'Team Comparison' where we take a look at local non-league teams and how they've change over the last year. Part One features Cheshunt in their Vanarama South game at Bath City in October last season to yesterday's Pitching In Isthmian Premier Division game at home to Haringey Borough. Only Joe Rose, Taylor McKenzie and Enock Ekongo remain at the club from the Bath City game.
Craig Edward's team have struggled after their one year stay at step two of the non-league ladder winning 3 of their 11 league games so far. Their league record isn't too dissimilar to that of the 21/22 season where they went on to win the play-offs - It's the number of defeats they will want to halt sooner rather than later.

Their next two games come away from home at Potters Bar Town in midweek and then a trip to Whitehawk next weekend.
Joe Rose
Goalkeeper still with The Ambers who started against Haringey Borough. Currently on loan from Championship side Norwich City
Fraser Alexander
Young midfielder who was on loan from Ipswich Town at the time. He was released by The Tractor Boys in the summer and is currently playing for Vanarama North side Bishops Stortford.
Luke Warner Eley
Former Billericay Town and St Albans City Left Back who joined from Bedford Town in September 2022. He had started the 22/23 season with Peterborough Sports and went on to play for both Concord Rangers and Hayes & Yeading. Currently playing with Chesham United in the Southern Premier Central Division.
Mo Kamara
Former Potters Bar Town midfielder who left the club to play for Concord Rangers and Enfield Town last season. Started the season playing for SCEFL Premier Division side Faversham Town before joining Isthmian South-East side Herne Bay in early September.
Taylor McKenzie
Former Notts County, Chesham United and Enfield Town defender joined The Ambers in 2018.
Lewis Hobbs
Former Wingate & Finchley and Hendon player. He is no longer with the club and I can't find any info on where he is playing this season.
Reece Beckles Richards
Winger/Striker who left The Ambers to join local rival's Enfield Town over the summer. He had been with the club since 2020 and counts Wingate & Finchley, Kingstonian and Woking as former clubs.
Joe Re
Signed for Vanarama South side Hemel Hempstead Town over the summer. He had been with the club since 2018.
Chris Harris
Joined from Bishops Stortford in October 2022 and was with The Ambers until January when he re-joined The Blues. Now with Isthmian South-East side Sittingbourne. He was out for the early part of the season with an injury but has since scored 5 goals for The Brickies.
Ken Charles
Former Kings Lynn Town, Enfield Town, Colchester United and Braintree Town striker who joined Vanarama North side Banbury United in the summer.
Zack Newton
Former Horsham, Welling United and Worthing attacker left the club in the summer and is now playing for Isthmian Premier rival's Wingate & Finchley.
Raul Da Silva Fernandes
Defender who joined The Ambers from Maltese Premier League side Mosta FC in the summer of 2023. He has also played in Portugal, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Currently with St Albans City.
Brandon Adams
Began his career at Queens Park Rangers and has also played for Enfield Town. Left The Ambers midway through the season to join Southern D1 Central side Ware. He recently joined Potters Bar Town.
Dajon Golding
Spent the 21/22 season with Worthing and previously played for Lewes, Hastings United, Phoenix Sports and Dartford. Joined Cheshunt in the summer of 2022 but moved on to Tonbridge Angels in November and then on to Cray Wanderers in January. Joined Scottish League One side Cove Rangers for the 23/24 season.
Enock Ekongo
Former Wealdstone, Northwood and Hayes & Yeading midfielder who joined The Ambers for the 22/23 season. Also played for FC Romania last season. Last played for The Ambers at the end of September.
Emmanuel 'Manny' Martins
Was an unused sub on a few occasions for the club last season. Made three Isthmian Premier appearances for Herne Bay in December and January.

Harlain Mbayo
Defender who started his career in the Oxford United academy before moving on to Aberdeen where he spent time on loan with Albion Rovers. Spent the 19/20 season with Truro City before a move North again to Airdrieonians before playing for League of Ireland side Cobh Ramblers last season.
Dion Miftari
Made his debut for the club in the this game being replaced by Soloman Baugh in the 72nd minute. The 22 year old left back began his career playing the Barnet, MK Dons and Arsenal academy systems before playing in Switzerland, Slovenia and Kosovo. Made one appearance in the FA Cup earlier in the season for Whitehawk before joining The Ambers in September.
Nathaniel Orafu
Was with Waltham Abbey from 2021 to 2023. Played in the Spurs and QPR academy systems as a youngster. Singed for Cheshunt in the summer.

Jimmy Wallace
Twenty year old former Southend United, Harlow Town and Concord Rangers centre back who joined the club in the summer.
Lordon Akolbire
Twenty year old who came through the academy ranks at Colchester United where he spent some time on loan as Maldon & Tiptree and Bishops Stortford. He started this season with Canvey Island making 5 appearances but recently joined The Ambers.
Isiah Noel-Williams
Former Chalfont St Peter and Harrow Borough midfielder who joined the club in the summer.
Nnamdi Nwachuku
A recent signing from Braintree Town whom he joined in the summer for AFC Sudbury. He is a product of the Colchester United academy where he played on loan for Leiston, Bishops Stortford and Bury Town. Has also played for Hornchurch, Maldon & Tiptree, Welling United, Cambridge City, Coggeshall Town and Marlow. Scored an incredible 49 goals for AFC Sudbury last season.
Theo Alexandrou
18 year old centre-forward currently on loan from League One Stevenage. Played on loan for Potters Bar Town in March and April last season. Made his Stevenage debut recently starting in the League Cup game at Exeter City.
Anwar Moutawafiq
Signed for the first team in the summer having been with the club since he was six years of age.
Finlay Titchmarsh
Summer signing from Potters Bar Town. Has also played for Ware, Royston Town and Staines Town having come through the academy ranks at Barnet.
Jesse Friend
Another youngster who has signed first team forms this season after some stand out performances in the club's Eastern Junior Alliance team.
Solomon Baugh
Started the season with Isthmian South Division side Sevenoaks Town. He is a recent signing who has also played for Glebe, Waltham Abbey and Edgware Town.
Ernold Haxhiu
Former Leyton Orient youth player who joined The Ambers from Carshalton Athletic in November 2021. Spent some time with FC Romania last season.
Antonis Vasiliou
A very talented attacking midfielder who has been capped at under 19 level for Cyprus. Came through the ranks at Barnet where he played on loan for Berkhamsted, St Albans City and Wingate & Finchley who he joined on permanent basis last season. He signed for Margate in August making 9 appearances scoring a dramatic equaliser in their FA Cup game against Folkestone Invicta. Came on from the sub's bench in the 46th minute to make his debut for The Ambers in this game.
