Bottom two teams are relegated with 13th playing off against First League 3rd place.

Firstly in the round up of the Belarusian Premier League we will take a look at the UEFA competitions draws for the 23/24 season.

BATE Borisov will enter the Champions League at the First Qualifying Round stage. They finished in third place but with the match fixing scandal both Shakhtyor Soligorsk and Energetik-BGU are excluded from European competition. They will take on Albanian Champions FK Partizani Tirana. If they lose they will play in the Conference League Third Qualifying Round.

Dynamo Minsk (4th), Torpedo-Belaz Zhodino (Cup Winners) and Neman Grodno (9th) will play in the Conference League. Isloch (5th) were denied entry to European Competition due to involvement in match fixing in 2016 with FC Gomel (6th) and FC Minsk (7th) not applying for UEFA licences.

Dynamo will play to FK Željezničar Sarajevo who came 3rd in the 22/23 Premier League of Bosnia & Herzegovina. They reached the semi-final of the 1984/85 UEFA Cup where they lost to Videoton who went on to lose to Real Madrid in the final.

Neman Grodno play FC Vaduz of Liechtenstein who play in the Swiss second tier and qualify for the competition by winning the Liechtenstein Cup in May of this year. They qualified for Group E of the Conference League last season beating Koper (Slovenia), Konyaspor (Turkey) and Rapid Vienna (Austria) before playing AZ Alkmaar (Holland), Apollon Limassol (Cyprus) and SC Dnipro (Ukraine).

Torpedo-Belaz Zhodino will play Cypriot side AEK Larnaca in the second qualifying round - they lost to eventual winners West Ham United in the Round of 16 last season.

In the race for the title it's Dynamo Minsk who are top but being pushed all the way by Neman Grodno and Torpedo-Belaz Zhodino. Dynamo and Neman have lost just one game each - Neman beat Dynamo Minsk 1-0 on Saturday 29th April with Neman losing by the same score line to Shakhtyor on Sunday 2nd April.

At the foot of the table it's no surprise to see the three sides who have points deductions currently in the bottom three. Naftan Novopolotsk, currently in 12th position, have lost their last eight league games in a row scoring just two goals.
