Pitching In Isthmian Premier Division runner's up Bishops Stortford are likely to be challenging at the top of the table for the 22/23 season - they have announced the following friendly games with Dagenham & Redbridge, Grays Athletic and Peterborough Sports due to visit Woodside Park.
The Blues have also announced the signing of midfielder Matt Johnson from Vanarama South side Braintree Town where he was Captain last season. The former Enfield Town, Chelmsford City and AFC Hornchurch player returns to the club he made over 100 appearances for between 2012 to 2016.
Tosin Olufemi has also joined the Hertfordshire club. The right winger, 28, who can also play at right back started his career with Colchester United where he made 24 football league appearances between 2012 to 2016. He then moved into non-league with Hayes & Yeading and Concord Rangers. He was with Haringey Borough last season where he was top scorer.
