It's been a very long and difficult season for London Colney who are currently second from bottom in the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division. Manager Jack Metcalfe who had been doing a good job in his season in charge of the club was sacked after their 0-1 home defeat to Flackwell Heath in February.

The club are currently on a run of fifteen league games without a win with defeats in their last fourteen. Their last home victory came back on Tuesday 26th October (1-0 v MK Irish - HIGHLIGHTS HERE

Tonight they face Holmer Green who are just above them in the table in a game being played a Colney Heath FC due to problems with the floodlights at Cotlandswick. The result will have a huge saying as to who finishes second from bottom or even bottom of the table.

From the starting XI of their last league win against Broadfields United in December only Pijus Motvydas and Andre Odetola remain.

Stuart Crawford has taken over as Manager - Could he get his first win tonight?
