After Saturday's FA Trophy Fifth Round game at Stockport County there is arguably a more important game for Cheshunt on Tuesday evening they welcome in-form Hornchurch to Theoblads Grove. The Ambers (10th) are 10 points below The Urchins (5th) with two games in hand. With lots of games still to play I wouldn't say it was a must win for the Craig Edwards side but it's a very important one if they want to have any chance of finishing in the play-off places.
Hornchurch have been in fantastic form since their 2-1 defeat at Enfield Town in November and they underlined their class on Saturday with an impressive 4-1 victory over Folkestone Invicta - they have now won 10 and drawn 2 of their last 12 league games. Invicta have drawn 2, lost 2 and only won 2 of their last 6 league games which has put a dent in their title aspirations - they entertain Cray Wanderers.
Kingstonian are another team with play-off ambitions and they go to current table topper's Worthing. The K's were well beaten 4-0 at Horsham on Saturday with the South-Coast side 0-2 winners at Merstham. New signing Davide Rodari made his debut from the bench for the title favourites - The former Hastings United striker has recently joined from League Two side Crawley Town. He only played once for The Red Devils this season but did score 22 goals in 22 games for Hastings United in the curtailed 19/20 season - He will remember the date of Tuesday 26th November 2019 when he scored 8 goals in The U's 12-3 Velocity Cup win over East Grinstead Town.
Also on Tuesday evening in the big North London derby between Wingate & Finchley and Enfield Town. The home side are managed by club legend Marc Weatherstone who played 65 times for Enfield Town from December 2018 to May 2021. Also on the coaching staff is Lee Protheroe who played for Enfield FC in the late 90s as well as Enfield Town in 2010 and former Enfield Town player Sam Hatton is in The Blue's squad. Bilal Sayoud who recently re-joined Enfield Town after a short spell with Potters Bar Town played 26 times for Wingate earlier in the season.
Wingate are unbeaten in their last four home games with wins against East Thurrock United, Bowers & Pitsea and Bognor Regis Town along with a 2-2 draw against Cray Wanderers on Saturday.
Town were beaten 0-2 at home to Bishop's Stortford in a game they will want to forget very quickly by taking three points against their local rivals.
At the bottom of the division both East Thurrock United and Leatherhead drew their games on Saturday which didn't do them any favours really with Cray picking up a point and an improving Bowers & Pitsea winning 0-3 at Corinthian-Casuals which was one of the results of the day.
The Rocks host Potters Bar Town and The Tanners host Lewes.
