Dartford Celtic move across from D3 C&E with Drummond Athletic moving downwards from D2W.
Bayer Neverlusen have been playing in the Metropolitan Sunday League where they were seventh in the Ron Pope Premier Division last season. FC Greenwich are another side to move across from the Bromley and South London League.
