AFC Rangers, Larkfield & New Hythe Reserves, Lenham Wanderers and West Kingsdown are all new teams in D3 C&E. AFC Rangers were formed in 2020 and did originally join the Rochester & District League but now move to the KCL and are looking to move up the pyramid.

Balma FC, who are based in Mottingham and have played in the Bromley and South London Football League, join D3W along with other new teams in Falconwood, FC Greenwich and Otford United Reserves along with the uniquely named Bayer NeverlusenDartford Celtic move across from D3 C&E with Drummond Athletic moving downwards from D2W. 
Bayer Neverlusen have been playing in the Metropolitan Sunday League where they were seventh in the Ron Pope Premier Division last season. FC Greenwich are another side to move across from the Bromley and South London League.
