AFTER 33 MATCHES THE LEAGUE SPLITS INTO TWO SECTIONS (TOP SIX AND BOTTOM SIX) WITH THE TEAMS PLAYING EACH OTHER ONCE.

Rangers narrow 1-0 win over Kilmarnock today sees them take one step closer to the title - Depending on Celtic's results they only need 13 more points from their remaining games to win the Championship.

Hamilton Academical had a fantastic win at local rival's Motherwell winning 1-4 at Fir Park which is a massive help in their fight to stay out of the bottom two - The Accies also had a fantastic 1-1 draw at home to Rangers last Sunday in which they scored the equaliser right at the end of the game.

Kilmarnock are currently on a losing run of seven games recently parted company with their manager Alex Dyer who has been replaced by former St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright. He is not the only managerial casualty of the season so far. Livingston have replaced Gary Holt with David Martindale, John Hughes took over from Stuart Kettlewell at Ross County and Stephen Robinson left Motherwell and was replaced by Graham Alexander.

Only three players so far have scored hat-tricks - Odsonne Edouard for Celtic v Hamilton Academical in August, Kevin Nisbet for Hibs v Livingston also in August and Mohamed Elyounoussi for Celtic v Motherwell in November.
