We'll steer clear of the rights and wrongs of not having supporters in attendance for the opening day games of the Vanarama National League as this has been covered lots elsewhere. The big winners of the day were Eastleigh who won big at Barnet - The Spitfires had five different scorers - Tyrone Barnett, Alex Wynter, Ben House, Cavanagh Miley and Abdulai Baggie all netted with Wesley Fonguck scoring for The Bees.
Notts County and Stockport County are the 5/1 bookmaker's favourites for the title - they both lost in their opening games! Dover Athletic scored in the 89th minute of their game against Notts County to win 1-0 - Millwall loanee Harry Ransom was the goalscorer.
