Isthmian League South-Central Division side Barking FC have released their first 'Blues Boss Podcast' where presenter Reece Lammin joins up with Manager Justin Gardner and head-coach Adam Fleming to discuss all things about the club.
The blues who were in ninth position when football was put on hold in March have announced a number of signings for the 2020/21 season.
Dumeni GB-Dumaka, Kevin Songolo, Jack Hayes, and Sam Owusu have resigned from last season already with striker Billy Jones rejoining after spells with Walthamstow and Harlow Town.
