Essex Olympian Premier Division side Bishops Stortford Swifts will be proudly wearing the 'IOKN2BOK' logo on their shirts for the 2020/21 season. The logo refers to the Mental Health Awareness campaign that reaches out and endorses the fact that 'It's okay not to be okay'.
Their facebook page states "Don't be alone. Remember - It's good to talk no matter how large or small your problem is - it helps save lives" which are words I'm sure we all agree with.
