The early league table topper's are Torpedo Zhodino who are top although Energetyk have a better goal difference as the positions are rated on head to head records. Torpedo's 2-0 victory over Energetyk puts them top for now. Torpedo's next game is at away to BATE Borisov who picked up their second win of the season with a 0-3 victory at FC Minsk.

The second tier of Belarusian Football starts next weekend with promoted sides Arsenal Dzerzhinsk and Oshmyany playing each other on the opening weekend. Arsenal, founded only in 2019, are making their debut in the First League. Gomel were demoted from the top league along with Dynapro Mogilev who were subsequently dissolved. Gomel host Naftan in their opening game.
