WHO'S TOP AT CHRISTMAS IN THE TOP TWO STEPS OF NON-LEAGUE FOOTBALL?

VANARAMA NATIONAL DIVISION
POSITION TEAM P GD PTS FORM
1 BARROW 24 +19 47 WWWDWW
2 YEOVIL TOWN 26 +13 45 DDDWWD
3 BROMLEY 26 +11 45 DWLDWL

Barrow AFC, without a defeat in seven league games, currently lead the way at non-league's top table at Christmas and there are not many fans who would of predicted this prior to the season kicking off. The Cumbrian side were rated at 28/1 (with skybet.com) for the title in July but are now 6/4 favourites closely followed by Solihull Moors (last season's runner's up) at 11/4. Yeovil Town are 13/2 and Bromley are 5/1.  With just seven points separating the current top seven of the division it really could be any team who finishes top at the business end of the season!

Barrow host AFC Fylde on Boxing Day with Yeovil Town also at home to Torquay United. Bromley travel to Dover Athletic.

VANARAMA SOUTH DIVISION
POSITION TEAM P GD PTS FORM
1 WEALDSTONE 19 +21 44 WDLWDW
2 SLOUGH TOWN 19 +13 37 LWWWDW
3 HAVANT & WATERLOOVILLE 18 +19 36 LWWWWD

There is likely to be a huge crowd at Slough Town's Arbour Park on Boxing Day as Wealdstone visit for an eagerly anticipated top of the table clash. An away win would put The Stones ten points ahead of The Rebels. Havant & Waterlooville host sixth placed Weymouth in another all important game at the top end of the division.

VANRAMA NORTH DIVISION
POSITION TEAM P GD PTS FORM
1 KINGS LYNN TOWN 20 +17 44 WWWWWW
2 YORK CITY 21 +18 41 DLWDDL
3 SOUTHPORT 21 +13 37 WLLWWW

Kings Lynn Town, who were promoted from step three after beating Warrington Town in the super play-off final last season, currently sit proudly at the top of the Vanarama North Division. The club were formed in 2010 when the old Kings Lynn FC folded and started at step five in the United Counties League. Could The Linnets get a fourth promotion since 2011/12 when they finished second to Long Buckby in the UCL Premier.

York City were going well but just one win in their last six league games has put a dent in their hopes - they still have a fantastic chance of promotion back to the National Division with just two league defeats to date. Kings Lynn Town are on a run of eight games without a defeat (DDWWWWWW) with their last loss at York City (3-0 on Saturday 28th September).

Spennymoor Town, currently in sixth place, are the form side of the division without a defeat in thirteen league games (DWDWWWWDWWDDW).

Kings Lynn Town host Boston United (8th) on Boxing Day with York City on the road to Bradford Park Avenue (22nd bottom of the table) and Southport hosting Chester (5th).

Looking across all three divisions I'm sure nobody, prior to the season kicking off, would of predicted that Barrow AFC, Wealdstone and Kings Lynn Town would be top of their tables going into the important games on Boxing Day!
