Stowmarket Town and their impressive squad are looking good so far in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division. They are eleven points clear after winning eleven and drawing two of their games so far - they also have a ultra-impressive +38 goal difference. Best placed to challenge them are third placed Wroxham who are on 22 points from 10 games and fifth placed Stanway Rovers who are on 19 points from 9 games. Even if they win their games in hand they will still be 4 points behind the Suffolk side.
Stowmarket host ninth placed Swaffham Town this weekend before travelling to eleventh placed Kirkley & Pakefield on Saturday 26th October. They then travel to Colney Heath in one of the games of the second round of the Buildbase FA Vase.
Heath currently have a 100% winning record in their seven league fixtures - they have games at home to Aylesbury Vale Dynamos and Egware Town before a trip Oxhey Jets prior to the Vase game.
